SMECTRA.net is a project funded by Leonardo da Vinci (pilot project LI/04/B/F/PP/164.500). It is implemented by an international network consisting of 8 partners from 7 different countries.

6 Step Concept

smectra.net developed and recommends a concept consisting of 6 steps for implementing eLearning in an SME.

Objectives

The overall objective of smectra.net is to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) to make the best pedagogical and economic use of new training and learning methods.

Needs

The SMECTRA.net objectives arose from the need of SMEs for a training structure.

Target groups

The project´s primary target groups are training managers, trainers and learners in European SMEs.
