Needs
The SMECTRA.net objectives arose from the need of SMEs for a training structure which makes it possible to:
- mix working and learning periods
- feed learning flexibly into work as required by current demands or possibilities
- combine different forms of learning, e.g. eLearning with seminars, eLearning modules as direct support for specific processes or projects
- learn independent of location, i.e. at work, at home or on trips
- combine individual and cooperative learning modes
