The bit group started in 1986 with its first company in the area of IT trainings. In 1993, Management Training was added and in 2000 the business fields were expanded to include Consulting and e-Learning. With this broad range of services, large product portfolio and high level of flexibility, the bit group has established itself as an innovative and effective partner. An impressive 25.000 training days and more than 15.000 eLearning course participants per year have made the bit group the largest private training provider in these fields.

We offer customised and innovative solutions for all types of companies.
In an initial evaluation phase, the strengths and weaknesses of a company and its employees are analysed. Afterwards - on the basis of the findings - an individual comprehensive concept is developed.

bit is working on international markets since many years – trough international projects as well as through our presence on foreign markets, e.g. in Germany. Especially since the end of the year 2004 the bit group becomes more and more international: we founded a subsidiary in Poland and in 2005 offices in Prague and Moscow.

Through the long-lasting experience of bit in the fields of education, eLearning and international projects as well as through our close cooperation with hundreds of SMEs in our day-to-day business we had the honour to contribute to the project smectra.net in various stages: from the development of the conceptual basics to the localisation of contents up to the evaluation of the outcomes.
