The platform for eLearning project management in 6 steps.

Six Steps to eLearning Project Management Step 1: Needs Analysis Step 2: Concept and Design Step 3: Planning Step 4: Implementation Step 5: Action Step 6: Evaluation

Step 1: Needs Analysis

The needs analysis should be the first step in each educational plan: It helps you to find out what the training needs of your employees are in order to meet the company needs.

Step 2: Concept and Design

For the conceptual phase, we use the results of the needs analysis and define all relevant variables that must be taken into consideration in the following steps.

Step 3: Planning

The implementation and action phases of eLearning need to be treated as a project. To accomplish the desired result you need to make a detailed plan for both.

Step 4: Implementation

Quite simply, implementation means that you take your concept and your project plan, combine the two and start to work! The best technology and trainers are selected and content is bought or developed.

Step 5: Action

In this step, the concept and plan are put into practice. The learning is accompanied by good communication and marketing activities.

Step 6: Evaluation

Finally, you have to measure the outcomes of your eLearning project. This is done for the learners as well as for your company.
